Simply roll the pallet strapper and insert the sword through the pallet, manually place strap around the package, then insert its end into strap inlet to activate the strapping cycle. The machine auto-feeds a pre-set length of strap for the next cycle.
Compatible with 9 - 15 mm width PP strap at a speed of ≤ 2.5 seconds per strip. Features an external strap roll holder and 220 VAC single-phase power supply.
Mechanical tension (0 - 70 kg), heating temperature, and cooling time can all be adjusted to suit different packaging requirements.
